BEER!
Yes - a new beer is making its way to ONTARIO!!
Bard's Tale Beer is the name. The beer has been available in the US and other provinces but it is coming to us in Ontario.
What I like about this company is that it was founded by two men, Craig and Kevin, who have Celiac Disease themselves. They were tired of the available options (likely made by people who wouldn't have to drink the stuff, haha) and decided to come up with something up to their standards.
The beer is made with malted sorghum and is considered an American Lager. It is the world's first craft-brewed gluten-free beer.
Patience, my friends...
I have repeatedly been asking for more information... but so far have not received it. I guess all you need to know is that it should be available at LCBO in late August.

The world's first craft-brewed gluten-free beer is actually New Grist by Lakefront Brewery which is better and available at the LCBO for the past 2 years.
